When the company admin turns it on, technicians get an AI button in every inspection:
- Suggest findings from photos: add photos and the assistant proposes findings, ratings and captions for the right checklist item. Accept all in one tap, or tick only the ones you want.
- Nameplate reading: reads the appliance listing plate from a photo and fills in the setup.
- Coaching: choose no coaching, minimal or some. The assistant asks follow-up questions, by voice or text, catches thin notes and missing details before the customer sees them, and turns your answers into report wording.
- Sort photos only, if that is all you want.
